In order to understand the basic concept of SARAR participatory approach and to use the tools properly and effectively a guide book has been developed by the Fund Board. The main purpose of the guide book is to enhance knowledge, skill and technique to facilitate the people in the development process to use SARAR participatory tools included in the kit bag. The guidebook is basically prepared for the Community Workers, Community Technicians and other Community Motivators who are the practitioner of SARAR tools in the Fund Board schemes.

Health and Sanitation Manual is developed as a guidebook for the Community Workers (CW) and Village Health Promoters (VHP) to deliver the health and sanitation education to the community. The manual comprises 18 different sessions of health and sanitation e.g. nutrition, immunization, important of latrines, ORS, diseases transmition root, water related diseases etc. Besides that some annexes are included which deal with Primary Health Care and general health. The manual is also used to facilitate the training to the health promoters, School Teachers, Students groups and Water User Committee (WUC) members.
